Thoughtful Thursdays

Here’s How It Works:

• Each month, the Tavern will be featuring three different charities.
• Come to the Tavern any Thursday and get a wooden token (one per person) with ANY Purchase.
• On your way out, drop your wooden token in thecharity box of your choice.
• At the end of the month, we’ll tally up the wooden tokens given to each charity and make a donation to each cause.
• Most Tokens=$150, 2nd $100, 3rd $50!

This Month’s Charities

4‑H-For more than 100 years, 4‑H has welcomed young people of all beliefs and backgrounds, giving kids a voice to express who they are and how they make their lives and communities better. Warrior Canine Connection – W.C.C. has been a nationally recognized resource and supporter of Warriors across the United States since 2011. Their efforts have changed the lives of thousands of Veterans by providing real, therapeutic connections through its Animal Assisted Therapy program, and pairing highly skilled service dogs with wounded Veterans. Because WCC enlists dozens of wounded Veterans in the training of each and every dog, it maximizes the impact that a single dog can have on the healing of a large population of Veterans.
